Adult Products Policy

1. Always prohibited

• Sexual content or material involving minors, including exploitative or abusive content.
• Prostitution, escorting, sexual services or listings that disguise or facilitate sexual services.
• Content involving non-consensual sexual activity, exploitation, trafficking, bestiality or other unlawful sexual conduct.
• Used intimate apparel sold for a sexual or fetish purpose.
• Any adult product, service or content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is offered or delivered.

2. Adult-only categories

Lawful adult-oriented products can require an adult/restricted category, appropriate age controls and accurate labeling. Merchants are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be sold and shipped to a particular location.

3. Images and listing content

Listing images must not contain explicit sexual activity or unlawful nudity. Product presentation must remain suitable for the platform surface where the listing appears and must not be designed to bypass category or age restrictions.

4. Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for applicable age restrictions, product-safety rules, shipping restrictions, labeling and other federal, state or local requirements. Tiendli does not provide legal clearance for a product merely because a listing form accepts it.

5. Enforcement

Tiendli may remove or restrict listings, require reclassification, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. Suspected illegal exploitation or abuse can be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
