Returns and Refunds
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Merchant policies
The Merchant shown on the order is the seller or service provider. Review that Merchant’s return, cancellation, warranty and fulfillment terms before purchasing. Tiendli provides the platform but does not replace the Merchant’s obligations.
2. Requesting a return
Contact the Merchant with your order number, the item or service involved and the reason for the request. For a damaged or incorrect delivery, include clear photos when useful. Keep relevant packaging and shipping records until the issue is resolved.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are handled by the Merchant and, for online payments, can also depend on the payment processor and original payment method. Bank and card networks can take additional time to post a refund after the Merchant initiates it.
4. Exceptions
A Merchant’s policy can restrict returns for categories such as customized items, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive products, digital content or fully performed services where the restriction is lawful. A Merchant policy cannot remove a right that applicable law makes mandatory.
5. Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the listing, contact the Merchant promptly. Warranty and consumer remedies depend on the product, transaction and law that applies.
6. Mandatory rights
Consumer rights in the United States can depend on federal and state law and on the type of transaction. Nothing in a Merchant policy or this page is intended to waive a right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Contact
For a platform issue that the Merchant cannot resolve, contact Tiendli through our contact page and include the order number and Store name.
