1. Who operates Tiendli
Tiendli is operated by Zuomy Software S.R.L., RUT 170297670015, organized in Uruguay. Depending on the context, Tiendli can act as the party responsible for platform-account data and as a service provider or processor for information a Merchant manages about its own customers.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, protected credentials, phone, country and account preferences.
- Merchant data: business name, tax or business identifiers when provided, addresses, catalog, services, booking configuration and Store settings.
- Transaction data: order identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, purchased items and fulfillment details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, security logs, session identifiers and product-usage events.
- Communications: support requests, forms, feedback and other messages you send us.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate storefronts and marketplace discovery, process orders and bookings, connect configured integrations, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. Marketing communications are sent only under an applicable permission or legal basis and can be unsubscribed from where required.
4. When we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users or work with service providers. Depending on your configuration, providers can include hosting, email, storage, analytics, payment processors, logistics providers and support services. Merchants and Buyers also receive the transaction information they need to complete their direct transaction.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Payments and card data
When a Merchant uses Stripe Checkout, the Buyer enters card information in Stripe’s hosted payment environment. Tiendli receives order and payment-status information needed to reconcile the order but does not store full card numbers or CVC data. Other payment providers operate according to their own privacy terms.
6. Cookies and analytics
Tiendli uses cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, preferences, carts and aggregated product analytics. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
7. AI-assisted features
Some features can use AI to assist users with drafting, classification or workflow automation. We do not represent customer content as training data for unrelated public models. Where an external AI provider is used to process a request, only the information necessary for that feature should be sent under the provider configuration and contract in use.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform, including access controls, protected credentials, logging and abuse-prevention measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
9. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and maintain necessary records. Retention periods vary by data category and legal requirement.
10. International transfers
Tiendli is operated from Uruguay and uses infrastructure and service providers that can process information in different countries. When cross-border data-transfer requirements apply, we use the contractual or legal mechanisms appropriate to the relevant service and jurisdiction.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about the use of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
To submit a privacy request, use the contact form and clearly identify it as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
12. Children
Tiendli merchant accounts are not intended for children. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their own products, services and customer-data practices comply with age-related rules that apply to their business.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, providers or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version and update date here and provide additional notice for material changes when required.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Tiendli through our US contact page.
