Compare the workflow your business actually operates
A catalog, checkout, shipping, taxes, returns and appointments are different jobs. Shopify has a much broader theme and app ecosystem. Tiendli focuses on a hosted store with products, services, bookings, a regional marketplace listing and configurable pickup and local delivery.
A large ecosystem matters when you need specialized integrations, sophisticated physical point of sale or advanced logistics. A simpler hosted platform may be a better fit for a smaller, focused business.
Compare total cost, not just the plan price
Tiendli offers a Free plan with up to 50 products and US reference prices for paid tiers. A percentage platform commission may apply to eligible online sales depending on the plan, in addition to the separate payment processor fee.
Compare your actual monthly sales volume, subscriptions, processor fees, any third-party app charges and shipping overhead. Do not assume that a lower advertised monthly subscription always creates a lower total cost.
Payments, US sales tax and carrier tools are not identical
A US Tiendli merchant can configure its own Stripe Checkout account using keys and a signed webhook. Stripe Connect one-click onboarding is not the current merchant integration. Tiendli SaaS paid subscriptions use a separate PayPal module only when it is enabled for the US market.
Tiendli does not offer universal US sales-tax calculation or filing. Automatic real-time USPS, UPS and FedEx quotes and label purchasing are not yet universally integrated for continental US stores. Review these limits before changing a production workflow.
Move your product catalog safely
Tiendli can import supported Shopify product CSV files as drafts, including common SKUs, stock, prices, variants and image links. It does not automatically migrate customers, historic orders, theme customizations, domains or Shopify applications.
Keep your original store available until the new catalog, checkout, customer support and fulfillment have been verified with test orders.
